thatcable, also known as wiretechno is a person in the Hams Development Team who is on the lock due to their direct involvement in the raid of a discord server owned by PineTeam, a user that some people in the Hams Development Team frequently target for harassment and stalking.

thatcable was a person with administrator permissions in PineTeam's server. On March 9th of 2026, thatcable would proceed to do several things in PineTeam's server like deleting every channel, giving roles access to edit the server and unbanning every Hams Development Team member so that they can harass PineTeam.
